Stephen Cury, a second generation builder and developer has been working in the construction- real estate business for over twenty years. For ten years Stephen acted in the role of vice president of construction and development for The Cury Group located in Palm Beach, Florida. Stephen handled all on site construction project and real estate management utilizing over 100 subcontractors and leading multiple projects construction volume of over 15 Million dollars at one time.
In 2003 Stephen Cury founded and opened SEC Construction & Development, Inc., whose main focus at that time was involved in developing and building boutique residential projects in up-scale communities in and around the West Palm Beach waterfront areas. During this time, Stephen was involved in numerous custom construction projects with owners including home renovations, additions and turn-key new homes. Stephen is known for building high quality homes, with a “hands on” approach to construction management along with superior client service with "Integrity" in every project built.
Stephen Cury currently resides in the southern area of West Palm Beach with his wife and three children. Stephen graduated from Florida State University in 1993 with a BS and is currently a licensed Florida General Contractor as well as a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
